1. What data do we collect?
Rhine Solution only collects the data you actively provide yourself — for example via the contact form (name, email, project type, message) or via direct email. In addition, we use anonymized analytics to understand which pages work well and which don't.
2. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies for language preference and theme (light/dark). No third-party tracking cookies.
When we add analytics, we choose privacy-friendly options (Plausible or Umami) — no personal data, no IP tracking.
3. How long do we keep data?
Emails and contact form data are stored in our Supabase database (EU region) and kept for 12 months, then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time via [email protected].
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Correct or delete it
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
