About

A developer, not an agency.

Rhine Solution is a solo practice. No middlemen, no project managers, no juniors tinkering with your codebase. Just me — and direct contact.

Who I am

I've been building web applications for more than five years. I started in an era when a website was still something special — today it's a given. But the bar is higher: a site that works is not the same as a site that works well. Fast, accessible, findable — that's the foundation I lay for every project.

I most enjoy working with small businesses, startups, and agencies that take their code and design seriously, but can't or don't want to pay for a full agency. I work transparently, in English or Dutch, and I deliver code that is yours.

My approach

I work in short, transparent steps. First, understand what you need. Then a plan you can read. Then build, with live previews so you see progress every day. No surprises at the end.

My stack: Next.js (TypeScript) for the framework. Supabase for auth, database, and storage when it fits. Stripe for payments. Pure CSS for styling (no Tailwind, no utility overhead). Everything deployed via Vercel — worldwide, with fast load times and automatic previews for every change.

What I stand for

  • Speed. A slow site loses customers. I optimize for Core Web Vitals — not as an afterthought, but as a starting point.
  • Accessibility. Everyone can use the site, including with a screen reader or slow connection. WCAG 2.1 AA is the floor, not the goal.
  • Transparency. No hours sheets you can't verify. No surprises. You always know where your project stands.
  • Independence. No agency overhead. No vendor lock-in. Your codebase is yours.

What I'm good at

Web applications with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres. E-commerce with Stripe and inventory management. Performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, image optimization). Accessibility (WCAG audits, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation). i18n (multi-language sites, RTL support). Deployment (Vercel, edge functions, CI/CD).

Who I help best

Small businesses that need a professional website but can't or won't pay for an agency.
Startups that want to launch an MVP fast without compromising on quality.
Agencies looking for a reliable development partner for client work.
International: English-speaking projects are welcome, as are Dutch ones.

How it works

  1. First call (30 min, free). We discuss your goals, your budget, and your timeline. No obligation.
  2. Proposal. Within 2 business days. Fixed price or hourly, transparent.
  3. Design + plan. You see what you're getting before I build.
  4. Build. Weekly demo, live previews on a staging URL.
  5. Launch. I deploy and monitor.
  6. Maintenance. Optional monthly, or stop after delivery. Your choice.
